We will leverage our relationships to find the ideal site for you, on or off-market, that ensures all your requirements are met.  Whether it is a piece of unentitled land or an existing building, we will coordinate with specialists to perform all required due diligence to evaluate the zoning, present and future uses, constructability, and market potential.  We will simultaneously conduct comprehensive financial and feasibility studies to evaluate the highest and best use and viability of your project.  If you decide to move ahead, we will coordinate the purchase agreement all the way through closing.

Working with Land Planners, Civil Engineers, Specialty Consultants, and Land Use Attorneys, we will guide the project through the entitlement process ensuring the integrity of the project vision is maintained.  Throughout this process we will advise on state, local, and environmental guidelines, and the strategies that can be implemented to satisfy them.  We advocate for you across all fronts until you have site plan approval, ensuring that your project can proceed successfully.

When it’s time for your vision to manifest into an incredible design, we will assemble a team of designers specific to your projects location, asset class, and intent.  Pairing you with the right team and managing the process from RFP through permit set, we will work alongside the design team to ensure that creative freedom is being aligned with budget realities to prevent costly and time-consuming redesigns.  We will also ensure that often overlooked specialty consultants are coordinated in conjunction with the design team and prior to completed drawings to prevent costly delays.

Construction is a rapidly changing and complicated process to manage.  Banyan Development Partners are expert Construction Managers with deep experience and knowledge of every aspect of contract negotiation, financial management, means/methods, and schedule execution.  We will act as your proxy as we:

• Negotiate the AIA contract
• Establish the critical path schedule
• Manage the overall project budget
• Advise on material selections
• Review pay applications
• Mitigate and manage change orders
• Conduct regular Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings
• Manage project documentation
• Site inspections and progress tracking
• Conduct close out and commissioning
